this information is clear dude..
the remote control for the PEO STB has become non responsive..... I changed batteries but the problem exists.... Mr. PEO I want my remote replaced... Do something...
Agreed... Pls give us equipment that actually functions... Pls check n get back to us... this is annoying...

I accept that some time STB get non responsive. It is a challenge we have to come over and we are working on that.
To solve the line condition problems you can log a call to 1243..
If the remote control is not functioning properly. Sure you can change it to another one. But if the problem not solved, our technical team will figure out what is the problem.

these are in demand these days...but you guys don't offer them...IPTV technology is great but you have to include good channels,otherwise time shifting or recording is useless

My Request to downgrade my PEO TV package to PEO SILVER - by FAX - with NIC photocopy 26/08/13,-repeated 02/09/13, personally handed over at RTO,Ratmalana on 06/09/13 has been grossly ignored up to date.Please take immediate action to downgrade.as I as a State Pensioner cannot afford to make unfair payments.
